Within a few working days of payment. After that, boxes ship every month or every two months, as you choose.
Tell us their likes and dislikes when you subscribe, and update them any time from your account. As with all our products, boxes are non-returnable, but if anything arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it.
Yes. Message us and we'll cancel the boxes that haven't shipped yet and refund them.
