We don't accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind or size. Personalized products are made just for you, so please check names, dates and spellings carefully before you place your order.
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund, at no extra cost to you.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
