Shipping & cancellation

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping charge of ₹79. You'll see the exact amount in your bag before you pay.

When your order is dispatched

• Ready-made items (candles, home decor, tees, mugs and totes): within 1–2 working days of your order.
• Personalized items: within 3–5 working days after you approve the preview we send you.
• Hampers ship once every item inside is ready, so a hamper with a personalized item follows the personalized timeline.

Delivery time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas can take a little longer. Once your order ships, we'll share the tracking details with you.

Payment

All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay, using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order any time before it ships, and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. To cancel, email hello@gobabygo.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Returns

Our products are non-returnable, but if something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right. See our return policy.
